Welcome to LIXVO. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LIXVO website, customer account, products, and related services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

Customers under 18 years of age may use LIXVO only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Store Services

LIXVO offers general trending products through its online store. We may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment partners, couriers, payment processors, and technology providers to operate our services and complete orders.

Products, prices, availability, features, and services may be updated or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order, including your:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Billing address

  • Delivery address

  • Payment information

LIXVO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

4. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

Please notify LIXVO immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Product Information

We try to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, features, and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different because of screen settings.

  • Packaging may vary depending on the supplier or manufacturer.

  • Minor non-material differences may occur.

  • Product information may be corrected if an error is identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights if a product is materially different from its description, defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout where relevant.

We may correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and may cancel the affected order with a refund to the original payment method.

7. Payment

LIXVO currently accepts prepaid payments only. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their security checks and terms.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from LIXVO. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order for valid reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Failed or unauthorized payment

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Delivery restrictions

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If LIXVO cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing has started.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. Any approved prepaid cancellation refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 3–7 working days after confirmation and dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customer location

  • Courier availability

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address details

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Ownership and risk in the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable law.

Please check the package at delivery and report visible damage, wrong products, or missing items according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Replacement and Refunds

LIXVO follows a replacement-only policy.

Eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products may qualify for replacement after verification.

Refunds may be provided only in limited situations, including when:

  • An approved replacement is unavailable

  • LIXVO cancels the order

  • The order cannot be delivered

  • A refund is required under applicable law

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may have separate conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions, or usage limits.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Multiple offers cannot be combined.

  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed.

  • Misused or fraudulently obtained discounts may be cancelled.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use LIXVO to:

  • Violate any applicable law

  • Commit fraud or submit false information

  • Interfere with website security or operation

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Scrape, copy, or misuse website content

  • Impersonate another person

  • Harass customers, staff, or service providers

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Place orders for unauthorized resale or fraudulent activity

We may restrict access where these Terms are violated.

14. Intellectual Property

The LIXVO name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, icons, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to LIXVO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website only for personal and lawful shopping purposes. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners.

15. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, feedback, or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content is accurate and based on genuine experience.

  • You have the right to submit it.

  • It does not violate another person’s rights.

  • It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent.

You grant LIXVO permission to display and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain third-party services, payment gateways, applications, or external links.

LIXVO does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Please review third-party policies before using their services.

17. Warranties

Any manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only where it is clearly stated on the product page or accompanying documentation.

Except for warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, services and website features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, or technical error.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIXVO will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from:

  • Website interruption

  • Unauthorized account use caused by customer negligence

  • Third-party services

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

  • Customer misuse of a product

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising directly from your unlawful use of LIXVO, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.

20. Force Majeure

LIXVO will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, internet outages, government action, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or supplier and courier disruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of such events.

21. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the LIXVO Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, and other service providers required to complete your order.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LIXVO where a customer:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in fraud or unlawful activity

  • Misuses the website or customer account

  • Threatens website security

  • Abuses our staff or service providers

Obligations relating to payments, intellectual property, liability, disputes, and completed orders will continue where applicable.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Customers may raise complaints through the LIXVO Contact Us page. We will attempt to resolve complaints fairly and within the period required by applicable law.

Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to a court, consumer commission, or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services, technology, or legal obligations.
